👥 Import via the Influencers Tab

  1. Go to the My Influencers tab on top of your navigation menu.

  1. Click Import Influencers.

  2. Choose how you want to import your list:

    1. Upload CSV: Upload your influencer list file from your device.

    2. Use Google Sheets: Paste your Google Sheet link to import data directly. Make sure the file is set to public access so Pitchee can view and import the data.

    3. Add Manually: Type or paste influencer emails into the text box provided.

  1. Once imported, your influencers will appear unassigned by default.

    1. To organize them, you can assign them to a segment.

📤 Import While Creating a Pitch

You can also add influencers while creating a new pitch as part of your campaign sequence.

  1. When setting up your pitch, follow the order: Create Sequence → Add Senders & Influencers → Automate & Schedule

  1. Choose your preferred import method — Upload CSV, Google Sheets, or Add Manually.

  2. Influencers added this way will be:

    1. Linked directly to that specific campaign, showing progress and status within it.

    2. Automatically saved in your My Influencers tab, so you can track them across campaigns.
