Before creating campaigns or sending pitches, you’ll need to import your influencers into Pitchee. You can do this either through the Influencers tab or directly while creating a pitch.
👥 Import via the Influencers Tab
Go to the My Influencers tab on top of your navigation menu.
Click Import Influencers.
Choose how you want to import your list:
Upload CSV: Upload your influencer list file from your device.
Use Google Sheets: Paste your Google Sheet link to import data directly. Make sure the file is set to public access so Pitchee can view and import the data.
Add Manually: Type or paste influencer emails into the text box provided.
Once imported, your influencers will appear unassigned by default.
To organize them, you can assign them to a segment.

📤 Import While Creating a Pitch
You can also add influencers while creating a new pitch as part of your campaign sequence.
When setting up your pitch, follow the order: Create Sequence → Add Senders & Influencers → Automate & Schedule
Choose your preferred import method — Upload CSV, Google Sheets, or Add Manually.
Influencers added this way will be:
Linked directly to that specific campaign, showing progress and status within it.
Automatically saved in your My Influencers tab, so you can track them across campaigns.
